During the last few years I have blogged about situations I have been in, emotions I was dealing with and a few weeks ago casually mentioned my book Randee Leads a Charmed Life which can be purchased at www.Amazon.com or www.RandeeCharms.com. The book grew from a desire to aid parents in teaching values, morals, and principles to their children or grandchildren. One of my issues with our wonderful country is a failure to establish clear, rules for our youth.

Noticing My Thoughts
Each morning when I awake I thank God for a new day, my bodily health, my mental health and request wisdom of life.
This morning I awoke with fear, dread, and confusion. I was bewildered with these thoughts which used to be my normal way of thinking. It dawned on me that prior to going to bed I had watched a TV series which was violent and fearful. Instead of taking the time to read inspiration, positive, motivational words I had gone straight to bed.
Randee is About Love
Randee Leads a charmed Life is about family and love. The twenty-one parables speaks of values, principles and morals a father teaches his daughters. Randee, his youngest, is given a charm for her charm bracelet on each birthday and Christmas which allows her to wear a bracelet keeping her lessons close.
Randee learns to appreciate her charm bracelet after she graduates high school and discovers that it is what reminds her of her father and sisters love.
Think Happy Thoughts
Today when I awoke I realized I did not want to listen to the problems of the world, the US or read any of the negative news. Words have such power and by listening to my own inner thoughts and allowing the light from the sun to shine on me my energy felt light and playful.
Good Heavens Make a Decision
Why is it so hard for people to make a decision, even if it turns out to not be a great one?
I have listened to a friend discuss her life, her job opportunities since she was let go three years ago, her automobile, whether to move to another state and now buying a water for her house.
LOVE CONQUERS ALL
Upon arising I began to think how sad it is that so many men walk from their children, while others stand proud. It is hard to understand how you walk from your family.
Looking for Energy
Start your day by giving thanks and attitude of gratitude will inspire your brain. Then upon arising take a cool shower to awaken your physical body. Put on your tennis shoes and walk. Walk around your house or around the block but walk for 15 minutes. Upon returning home get back in the shower and wash again. The question of why would I take two showers is going through your mind, right? The first shower allowed your cells to be stimulated and wake up and when you were walking they were active and energizing your body. The last shower was to remove the dirt and grime which came out of your body from the exercise.
Character VS Law
Accept responsibility for your actions. When a man and woman have sexual relations the woman needs to understand she could become pregnant and the man may wish to never be involved. For men the sexual action may be only that where woman have their emotions involved and inside there is a belief they are giving themselves to this man.
Prioritizing is Important
During the last several years I have worked to post at least once a week. However, when life gets in our way it is important to prioritize to remove stress.
I have a highly technical program which I use for my career and when the computer it sets on received a programming problem the entire backup was wiped out. It has taken me weeks to receive the information which is needed to repost the information and so far 36 hours of work to reinstall. I still have 2-3 hours before complete.

I enjoy sharing interesting and inspiring information. While reading Discover Your Inner Wisdom by Char Margolis she wrote about the work of Masaru Emoto.
