I enjoy sharing interesting and inspiring information. While reading Discover Your Inner Wisdom by Char Margolis she wrote about the work of Masaru Emoto.
Masaru Emoto is doing work research on imprinting water with vibrational energy and using it to heal people of different diseases and conditions. While this research is still in its infancy, it makes sense that this substance that is present in all of our cells and makes life possible would be used by universal wisdom as a conduit of information and healing. Emoto suggests that we “charge” water before we drink it by praying over it and putting our positive intention into the water. I grew up saying grace before meals, asking God to bless the food to our use -perhaps it’s the same thing. I believe that putting positive thoughts and energy into every substance we put into our bodies can only help us use those substances to our benefit.
I am choosing to begin a new tradition of pausing to give thanks and bless my tea and anything I am placing in my body.
For one week try blessing your tea and smiling as you drink it and notice your emotions. What would it hurt?
