Silence Brings Insight

Each morning I awake and after brushing my teeth I either return to be, sit in a chair or stand in the silence.  I still find my ego wants to take control, however, I will just keep humming a sound and taking deep breathes.  For it is through the silence that my answers come.

Some days I hear or feel inspiration, wisdom, or knowledge which leads me.  Other days nothing is heard or felt but that does not mean the answers are not there for me I interrupt that I was not ready for them.  I know from years of practice that all the answers I need are in me by staying in the silence they are released.

I have a child who struggles with his POT addiction.  When he finally realizes that sitting alone with his thoughts takes him into a better place than any drug.  It is through God that his talents are created not from a drug.  Drugs block the creativity they do not enhance.

Enjoy your tea in silence and hear and/or feel life’s answers.

Yes silence is golden, prayer is talking to God and silence is listening to the abundant answers that are within us.Even focusing on every task bring about awareness and should be practiced throughout the day.

Consistent prayer and silence brings peace of mind. It is typically later in life that one truly realizes the value of talking to God and hearing his answers.
